So, I had ordered the X-Ray Equate Plus mousepad and anyways long story short, the first order was fine and looked for the most part fine except it was slightly discolored and stuff. So, I contacted them and sure enough, I got a quick response back. They were very compliant and were willing to ship me another mousepad, even sending pictures of the newly made mousepad to make sure I was satisfied with it. Fantastic customer service, quick and easy. I will most likely buy from here again just because of that! Thanks x-raypad!!! Also, the awesome manager that helped me was Jiuson Zhou.

The product is good, but I will not drop 5 stars, there is no way. I paid almost 30$ to have a fast shipment (4 or 5 days). they took over 2 weeks to send and 2 more weeks to deliver. I have waited an entire month but I paid 30$. I do understand the covid situation BUT DONT LET ME OVERPAY 30$ IF YOU CANT SHIP IT/ DELIVER IT FAST. I contacted them and they said some bullshit to not refund the shipment fees.

We are very sorry to your shipment was delayed. It’s real serious on the delay due to the COVID-19 in May.
Lots and lots of shipment were waiting for the less flights to Europe from Hong Kong.

Faster than the original Equate, offers more control over micromovements while still retaining good stopping power. The dusty/powdery feeling that is present on the original Equate is gone here too. One thing I can nitpick is the edge stitching on this higher than the Equate, so if you hit the corners you will feel the bump.

I like this thing. Its just the right size, feels very high quality, and has a nice glide. I had to lower my sensitivity to use it, due to its speed.

I pre-ordered the Equate Plus, and it arrived the other day. The wait for delivery was well worth it! The mouse pad feels very high quality and the stitched edges are pretty much perfect.
