Hi guys, I’ve sent around 4 e-mails but not one response even though we were in frequent contact before I received the mouse? My mouse doesn’t track properly, not sure if it’s lift off distance or another issue but I really need a refund, it’s literally unusable and I can’t seem to fix it so please can you respond.
