Nous avons deux options de livraison internationale (Worldwide delivery).

1. Courrier aérien postal (traçable)

Délai de livraison: 15 – 30 jours ou plus. Applicable à tous les pays ayant des bureaux de poste.

2. Express (traçable)

Délai de livraison: 5 – 8 jours. Ce sera DHL, FEDEX, UPS ou EMS Express.

À propos de Free Delivery
1. Certains articles marqués pour la livraison gratuite, tels que les chaussures de souris, les étuis de téléphone mobile, etc. Il sera envoyé par courrier recommandé par voie aérienne.
2. Les commandes de plus de 99 $seront livrées gratuitement par courrier express ou aérien de 7 jours, selon la politique d’importation, le réseau logistique et les frais du pays de destination.


Shipping Turnaround
La plupart des commandes sont envoyées par la poste dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrables. L’expédition sur mesure peut prendre jusqu’à 3 – 5 jours ouvrables.

      Hi Israel,

      We have tried to ship it via DHL to your address. But your address is remote address to DHL dispatch.
      So we need to take parcel back and change it to EMS, you can check it on the dashboard when login.

      EMS is express delivery of the national post.

        Hi again, I am a bit disappointed. Yesterday in the tracking of my order said arrive 24th to 27th of October, and today, it says 21st to 27th of NOVEMBER. I did my order the 9th of October and I paid 21€ for the faster shipping what’s 7 work days. I want to know if that dates are a mistake.

          Hi Israel,

          I just view your order and tracking information. It’s delivered by EMS.
          The order will be delivered by EMS if the shipping address is remote address to DHL.

          For the delivery time, we put the estimate time, there will be normal delivery time for most of parcels.
          But it may delay by below reason:
          1, Customs checking – By China Customs or the destination customs.
          2, Many parcels waiting for processing – In China or the destination sorting center.

      Hi,

      As your shipping address is a remote address to DHL, we need to change ship method to EMS. So there is a delay for the shipping company change. You will see a new tracking number tomorrow.

    The product witch I ordered in EMS 7 days express was shipped on Jan. 24th is displayed by EMS tracking, but does not yet reach even Japan. I did it in EMS because I heard that Japan arrives in 5-8 days. What happens? Is it really shipped?

      Hi, sorry for the late response due to our holidays here. I Just checked the parcel was returned by customs with this tracking number : EA911133886CN EMS. Now we are sending it to you now.

    Is it a private company such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, EMS… or is it standard China Post / HongKong Post?

      Usually we use DHL, FedEx or EMS, it depends on where you are located.
