My brand new HATI S WIRELESS MOUSE WONT TAKE A CHARGE

Got my new wireless hati s mouse in, used the battery down off initial charge. THE MOUSE WILL NOT CHARGE. I have tried multiple cables including the one that came with the mouse. I would like to return this broken mouse and get a new one or my money back ASAP.
